I am going to talk about sport .How can you get fit?
I will explain how to have a good result quickly.
I have chosen this topic because I love to play sport,and also I think is a very interesting topic ,because many people need to change their life’s and healthy habits.
Unfortunately is not easy.
Your habits have to be consistent.
First:You have to have a plan.
How many days you attend to the gym ?
How often ?
How many hours you spend to play different type of sport,per week.
•3-5 days a week
•aerobic activity
•working for all major muscle groups
In fact exercise can help ,keep your brain  a healthy weight .
Exercise helps people to lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases.

•it helps keep arteries and veins clear
•it reduce blood sugar levels
•it controls weight
•it strengthens bones
•it helps prevent cancer
•it regulates blood pressure

Important:If you eating the right food and keeping fit your body will be strong and help you to cope with stress and exercising often when you are a teenager will also help you stay fit in good health later in life.
•Getting regular sleep is another really important way to stay healthy!
Conclusion:When you are healthy,you are happy,connected,fulfilled,whole,independent and different person !
